1. Digital Product and Service
DesignLab is a cloud-based software-as-a-service platform. We provide digital access to website building, funnel building, AI generation, checkout, and dashboard features. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Digital Delivery
Once your subscription payment is successfully processed, delivery is completed digitally through account activation. In most cases, paid features are available immediately after payment confirmation.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Digital access is normally activated immediately after successful payment. In rare cases, activation may take longer due to payment gateway delays, bank confirmation delays, webhook delivery issues, system maintenance, or technical interruptions.
4. Access Issues
If your payment has been successful but your paid features are not activated, please contact us with your account email, transaction date, and payment reference. We will review the payment status and assist with account activation.
